With doubled ruffles for the sleeves and a doubled ruffled collar this is a great addition to your wardrobe, and can be worn with dresses that have the backs out for coverage, or can be used to dress up a casual outfit to make it more chic and interesting. The fabric is light weight, but soft, very stretchy and doubled up for the ruffles to add more flare to the flounces for a nice clean look. The sleeves move when you walk and have body and flow to them.
