This Tiered Mult. layered dress has 4 layers of ruffle flounces attached to the waist. There is a Black Waist band to break up the color, giving it a color block effect. The Straps are super long to allow for multi. way wear which gives you endless possibilities and multiple ways to wear one dress. The dress is sewn in our softest and most comfortable jersey knit fabrics and feels like butter on the skin. Great dress for vacation and summer fun.
