Fitted around the waist in our soft jersey fabric with a 3" wide fitted waist band, and draped details around the skirt. The bottom portion features a draped and pleated detail that hangs nicely over a short mini fitted skirt. This skirt is double lined the entire way and has plenty of stretch.
